Second Homeowners

Our service to second homeowners in Sussex and across the South Downs is designed to be as practical and useful as possible. We do not tie you to a contract and do not charge any fees for being listed with us.

We will work with you to market your property during the periods you would like us to. You will always have access to your second home on your terms and we are happy for you to take your own bookings should you want to. All we ask is you keep us informed. In return we will confirm availability with you on any bookings we take, as they happen and then we will fully process all acceptable bookings on your behalf. 

We will display high quality photos of your holiday home on our website along with supporting photographs of the surrounding area so that we effectively promote the overall holiday experience that surrounds your home. We will also promote your property in the national press and in selected magazines on a regular basis so we reach as broad an audience as possible.

We have extensive knowledge of the area and are lucky enough to have lived here most of our lives. Our service is friendly and professional and we will work with you to successfully market and manage your property. The service is adaptable to your needs and can be worked around the level of involvement you want to have in the running of your holiday home.

As we work closely with our colleagues at Guy Leonard & Company Estate Agents we are frequently made aware of short term letting opportunities where a conventional let is inappropriate. This can provide a valuable source of additional income particularly during the quieter months. We can also assist with property search requirements through both the estate agency and our connections with property search companies in Sussex.
