We offer a choice of short term let accommodation throughout the year, however the short let market is busiest between November and March, which is why we also refer to them as winter lets.
A short let is ideal for people who are house hunting, in between a house move, or having building work carried out on their own home. It is also popular with individuals taking a short term job contract where booking into guest accommodation is just not practical, and something more like a home from home is required.
Many of our fully furnished and equipped properties are available for anything between one month and five months. They include a weekly bathroom and kitchen clean and possibly also a linen change as well depending on the individual circumstances of the guest.
The price paid can either be all inclusive for ease, or the heating and lighting costs can be treated separately where a property has a meter in place so you pay for actual usage.
We will always discuss your requirements with you and also with the owner of the property that would be suitable for you to rent. Wherever possible we encourage you to view the property to ensure it will meet your needs and It is important that you and the owner meet.
With regards to payment for the accommodation, this is generally requested before the booking commences in line with our standard terms and conditions, however depending on circumstances and the length of booking, payment can be spread across an agreed time period. A refundable security or damages deposit is also taken at commencement of the booking
